Law Firms in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff) to support attorneys with day-to-day management of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have strong case-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.

The position requires onsite work in a fast-paced environment with collaboration across legal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal injury case procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with discovery, medical records, demand packages, and settlement preparation.
• Track case deadlines, appointments, and important documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.
