Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in personal injury or legal support, strong communication, organization, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in personal injury law, case management, or a legal assistant role.
• Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes, medical records, and insurance claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize active personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and court documents under attorney supervision.
• Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and litigation calendars.
• Coordinate medical appointments, liens, and treatment authorizations for clients.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trial.
