Job summary

L.A. Injury Attorneys, a dynamic Burbank-based personal injury law firm, seeks a Property Damage Case Manager to drive initial investigations and liability determinations for various claims, including government cases, vehicle accidents, slips, and dog bites.

You will gather witness statements, videos/photos, police reports, and coordinate with medical providers and insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate is highly organized with superb written and verbal communication skills and a friendly

Qualifications

• Must be Spanish speaker; client contact daily.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or admin training preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Typing speed of at least 65 WPM; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Report claims to insurance companies and send letters of representation.
• Gather evidence to support clients’ claims.
• Participate in recorded interviews with clients and insurers.
• Schedule vehicle inspections.
• Resolve all portions of property damage claims.
• Handle high-volume calls while maintaining accurate records.
• Keep client files organized in physical and electronic form.
• Interpret for Spanish-speaking clients.
