Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies under supervision.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store to drive sales.
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit currency and IDs.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Approval limits based on authority levels.
