Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting when needed.
• Process deposits and pay-out funds; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and endorsements.
• Inspect cash for counterfeit notes and valid IDs.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to customers.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Approval limits depend on authority levels.
