Qualifikationen

• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling receipt and payment of cash.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established policies according to bank policy and supervisor direction.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the sales environment.
• Process deposits and verify/ balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks for deposit, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit; process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors; maintain regular attendance.
• Approval limits will be based on authority levels.
