Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency, or currently attending high school.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.
• Six months of work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash in a high volume, sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with the bank and supervisor directions.
• Assist in cross-selling bank services and products.
• Receive cash and checks for deposits, verify amounts, balance daily transactions, and issue receipts.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors related to the bank and its functions.
