First National Bank Texas is seeking a customer-focused teller to join our branch team. Provide cash handling and exceptional service in a busy sales environment, while identifying opportunities to offer bank products to customers.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; background checks will be conducted. Team-oriented and reliable performers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide cash handling and customer service in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Cross-sell bank services to diverse customers, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits and issue receipts, balance daily operations.
• Handle money orders, wires, and CDs as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
