First National Bank Texas is recruiting for a branch associate to provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions, and promote banking products in a high-volume setting. You will process deposits, balance daily totals, and support a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking clients.

This role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and policy adherence.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Process deposits and pay out funds, balance daily transactions, and issue receipts.
