Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check as per company policy.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow policies with supervisor guidance and achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store for new business and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits, payments, money orders, wires, CD orders, and Western Union transactions.
• Maintain accurate records, balance daily operations, and ensure counterfeit checks are avoided.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts; maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Work with a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
