Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling deposits and cash.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Assist in achieving monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store for products in a sales environment.
• Process deposits, cash transfers, and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and look for endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit currency and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions into the computer and provide receipts.
• Sell bank services such as money orders, wires, CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Support supervisors with related tasks and maintain punctuality.
