Qualifications

• No Degree is acceptable for this role if other qualifications are met.
• 3+ years of experience in banking or related customer service roles.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred to enhance branch service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
