Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking or financial services.
• Associates degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Spanish speaking is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with defined process including outreach and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on PNС solutions to meet needs and grow wallet share.
• Manage risk by following policies and procedures with sound judgment.
