WSFS Bank is looking for Personal Bankers who will provide services to enhance customer relationships and guide customers in their financial needs. The role involves opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, and assisting with teller transactions.

Personal Bankers will receive extensive training on banking applications and customer service techniques over a 4-6 month period. This position requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service experience.

Competenze

• Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.
