PNC Financial Services Group in San Diego is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to expand our branch customer base, deliver proactive sales and service, and enhance the customer’s financial wellbeing. Bilingual Spanish preferred; this is an in-office role with emphasis on relationship building.

You will handle lobby engagements, identify PNC solutions, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet while managing risk and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years experience
• Associates or equivalent degree preferred
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and contributes to branch daily operations.
