Job summary

You’ll collaborate with partners to expand wallet share, manage risk, and deliver excellent service in a dynamic, in-branch environment. Previous banking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required; 3+ years experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Customer-facing banking experience preferred, with focus on sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, lobby engagement, and appointments to elevate client loyalty.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify suitable solutions.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology and resources.
