Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under supervising SLP goals and treatment plans.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
- Coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
- Meet weekly visit requirements and complete chart updates and progress notes.
- Communicate with agency personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Comply with all agency policies, codes of ethics, and regulations.
