Qualifications
- Current/active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
- Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities based on business needs.
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Develop home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
- Coordinate care with multiple providers and disciplines.
- Meet weekly patient visit requirements.
- Maintain timely patient chart updates and paperwork.
- Adhere to agency policies and laws governing home-health pediatric SLP services.
