Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork
• Engage with agency personnel to align on expectations and standards
• Follow agency policies and procedures and adhere to applicable laws
