Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team serving Texas families with home-based pediatric therapy.

You will evaluate and treat children, develop home exercise programs, collaborate with physicians and caregivers, and coordinate care across providers. Texas license required with 3+ years pediatric SLP and home-health experience; enrollment in continuing education and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• Minimum 3+ years in pediatric Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience in home-health setting.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs timely.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Comply with all policies, rules, and regulations applicable to home-health pediatric SLP.
