Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) to provide home-based pediatric services. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children, develop family-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to support patient goals.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, pediatric expertise, and commitment to high-quality, compassionate care in a home-health setting throughout Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in pediatric settings.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Feeding therapy experience or certifications (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly patient visit requirements.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries and logs timely.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
