THERAPY 2000 is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric services across Texas. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and medical teams to support each child’s growth and goals.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to manage patient visits while adhering to regulatory guidelines and agency standards.

Qualificações

• Active Texas SLP license.
• 3+ years pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience in home health setting.
• Certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel between visits.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers for coordinated care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes, and logs on time.
• Coordinate with agency staff to uphold expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable laws.
