Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven pediatric home-health provider in Texas seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve children in their homes in the Luling and Lockhart area. You will evaluate, design, and implement therapy plans tailored to each child, collaborating with families and physicians to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Current active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
Minimum 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
Experience in home-health settings.
Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).
Demonstrated reliability and flexibility to shift priorities.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain chart updates.
