THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in the Grand Mission/Mission Bend area to provide home-based therapy for children. Texas licensure and 3+ years of pediatric experience are required, with feeding therapy certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• 3+ years as a pediatric SLP
• Experience in home-health settings
• Feeding therapy certifications preferred (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate care across providers
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required
• Maintain patient chart updates, progress summaries and logs on time
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable laws in home-health settings
