Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven Texas team serving children in home-based settings. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress for pediatric patients, using evidence-based practices in collaboration with families and clinicians.

The role requires a current Texas SLP license, at least three years of pediatric experience, and familiarity with home health.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Home-health experience preferred.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (e.g., VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients' care teams to coordinate services.
• Complete required patient visits and maintain timely charting.
• Attend staff meetings to align on expectations and standards.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and home-health regulations.
