Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the day‑to‑day clinical and operational performance of our pediatric clinic. This hands‑on leadership role combines clinical care with clinic management and requires guiding staffing, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience.

The ideal candidate will lead the clinical team, solve operational challenges, and step into patient care when needed, ensuring high quality care and smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, patient flow, and day‑to‑day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands‑on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including on‑call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on clinical shifts and patient care within scope.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and team development.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and address bottlenecks.
• Monitor patient experience and NPS results; address concerns.
• Coordinate inventory and office supply orders; complete reports on time.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and promote core values.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
