Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations and patient care in our Round Rock clinic. This role blends hands-on clinical duties with clinic leadership, focusing on staffing, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience.

The ideal candidate has Texas LVN licensure, BLS, 3+ years in medical operations, and manages teams with strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; see hours and benefits below.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and daily clinic operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical & operational performance of the clinic on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide hands-on patient care when needed within scope of practice.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage during high-volume periods.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders, and operational reporting.
• Enhance patient experience and monitor feedback (NPS and reviews).
