Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Up to five years in similar roles.
• Proficient in front desk and clerical tasks with digital tools.
• Agile multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Able to assist individuals with disabilities in a tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a tech-forward approach and collect data.
• Record medical histories and vital signs digitally.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens accurately.
• Support physicians during exams with advanced tools.
• Maintain sterile, organized treatment rooms with modern systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA initiatives.
• Provide virtual consultations to improve access.
• Administer medications with safety protocols.
• Document patient care thoroughly in EMR.
