Job summary

UW Credit Union's Eastside branch is hiring a bilingual Peak-Time Teller for a part-time role. You will serve members with a variety of transactions, ensuring accuracy and enthusiastic service, at the Eastside location.

Ideal candidates will be fluent bilinguals with 1 year of customer service experience and the ability to work in an autonomous, team-oriented environment. This part-time opportunity includes pro-rated benefits and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Eastside branch location.
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals.
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations.
