UW Credit Union’s Verona branch is hiring a part-time Peak-Time Teller to serve members with accurate and enthusiastic transactions. The role emphasizes friendly front-line service, problem solving, and ongoing product knowledge.

The position welcomes a bilingual candidate who can support a diverse member base and work collaboratively with teammates while meeting cash handling and service standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player that can confidently jump in where needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-facing member service at the Verona branch.
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals.
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations.
