UW Credit Union’s Fitchburg branch is seeking a bilingual Peak-Time Teller to join our team as a Part-Time Teller, bringing friendly, accurate service to members at the branch.

You will handle transactions, learn UW Credit Union products, and support team goals while delivering exceptional member experiences. This role emphasizes community presence and customer care at the Fitchburg location.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Aufgaben

• Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Fitchburg branch location
• Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
• Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
• Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
• Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
