Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team. You will administer accurate weekly/bi-weekly payroll for a manufacturing workforce and oversee benefits enrollment and related compliance.

As the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, you will maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and support year-end activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer employee benefit programs including enrollment and changes.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate payroll/benefit reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and benefits regulations.
