Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll including bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles with accuracy.
• Provide employee payroll support and resolve inquiries about earnings, taxes, leave, and deductions.
• Perform payroll data audits and reconciliations prior to processing; manage off-cycle payrolls.
• Support payroll tax compliance and reporting; assist with audits and documentation.
• Process stock/ equity payroll including ESPP and RSU transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors for payroll banking, funding, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, local payroll regulations and W-4/TD1/TP1015 forms.
