Blink Health seeks a on-site Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Chesterfield, MO to assist patients via phone, email, and chat. Roles include enrollment guidance, prescription fulfillment, and coordination with providers and insurers.

Strong language skills in one of Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese and English are required, along with prior customer service experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, protecting patient privacy, and using internal tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese with strong English ability
• High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn new software quickly

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients via phone, email, and chat to guide enrollment and prescription fulfillment
• Conduct outbound outreach to assist patients in completing key steps
• Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs
• Support pharmaceutical program requirements and triage clinical questions to pharmacists or teams
• Document interactions and insights to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
