Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service in retail, call center, or similar is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients via phone, email, and chat to guide enrollment and prescription fulfillment.
• Outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
• Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams.
• Document interactions and insights to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Identify trends to improve processes and products; maintain HIPAA compliance.
