Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast paced environment.
• 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, or related experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ambiguity.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Confident, patient, respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Patient Support Specialists and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational excellence.
• Review team performance data and coaching to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives to drive improvements and growth.
• Manage queues, backlogs, and workflows to optimize performance.
• Leverage customer insights to identify process improvements for the customer experience.
• Resolve complex escalations with discretion from the Patient Success team.
• Foster a collaborative, cohesive team dynamic.
