Job summary

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s online healthcare team in an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA or Chesterfield, MO. The position is a 6-month contract-to-hire and requires bilingual Cantonese/English fluency.

You will handle inbound calls, assist patients, doctors, and insurers, document interactions, and ensure data confidentiality while adhering to company protocols and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Cantonese and English; language assessment required.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
• Healthcare or pharmacy background strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and technical aptitude.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays.
