Blink Health is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist for our Pittsburgh, PA site. The role focuses on resolving inbound inquiries from patients, doctors, and insurers, while supporting pharma programs and ensuring data accuracy.

Applicants should have bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese) with strong English, plus experience in customer service or a healthcare-related field.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency is required: Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese with strong English.
• Customer service or inbound call center experience is required.
• Healthcare, pharmacy or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to learn complex software.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers.
• Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams.
• Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
• Document all call information and data according to procedures.
• Use Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Learn and follow company security and privacy practices.
