The Staff Pad is partnering with a health center in Pomona, CA to recruit Customer Service Representatives who will ensure a welcoming, accurate, and efficient check-in process for patients and visitors.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will greet patients, verify eligibility, update demographics in the EMR, collect payments, and support smooth patient flow while maintaining HIPAA standards. This full-time role offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting is required.
• Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and Windows.
• Ability to verify patient information in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly smile.
• Greet patients promptly and professionally; assist as needed.
• Verify eligibility and enroll patients in applicable programs.
• Update patient demographics, insurance, and EMR data.
• Collect payments following established cash-handling procedures.
• Notify care team when check-in is complete and confirm appointments.
• Complete clinic closing duties and maintain a safe environment.
