Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Check in and register patients; verify and update contact information and insurance.
• Greet patients in a courteous, culturally aware manner.
• Manage reminders and no-show outreach for appointments.
• Escalate issues to supervisor or Nursing Supervisor as needed.
