Job summary

Gateway Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a patient care-oriented, bilingual PSR for our Dallas, TX imaging center. The role covers check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, with a positive, patient-first approach.

The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (10:30am–7:00pm) with rotating Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package as outlined by Gateway.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in medical office setting or hospital.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check in/out patients.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to billing office.
• Verify insurance details.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data in system.
• Process requests and filing of patient records.
