Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) seeks a reliable Patient Services Representative to greet patients, register visits, and coordinate care across our outpatient imaging network. This role focuses on friendly, accurate check-in and helping patients navigate referrals, appointments, and billing with care.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Healthcare/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit
