Gateway Diagnostic Imaging in Abilene, TX is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to support our outpatient operations. You will schedule patients for diagnostic exams, assist with authorizations and insurance verifications, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out while delivering accurate information to the billing office.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of medical office experience, strong customer service and computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and may be bilingual

• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume and multitask.
