Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs registrations, insurance verifications, scheduling, billing, filing, referral, and other clerical functions.
• Answers telephones and directs calls appropriately.
• Maintains current knowledge of insurance, managed care plans, and medical authorization requirements.
• Supports patient and providers with virtual care needs.
