Job summary

Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is seeking a part-time Customer Support Center Representative to deliver courteous, bilingual service to patients. You will answer calls, route inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure demographic data is up to date across sites.

The role supports care coordination and onboarding while upholding patient privacy and quality standards. Qualified candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), possess a high school diploma or GED, and have basic computer

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answers all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Directs calls to the appropriate departments.
• Schedules appointments and reviews appointment details, date, time, location, and clinician.
• Keeps demographic information updated and accurate.
• Communicates PCP change requests or transfer care/location requests.
• Sends late arrival notices and follows cancellation and rescheduling procedures.
• Assists with onboarding, training, quality assurance and employee engagement.
