Qualifications

• Experience as CNA/MA preferred.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role in any service-related industry.
• Sliding fee scale experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year in a medical office setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Provide phone coverage during business hours.
• Assist patients with call routing, registration, and eligibility verification.
