Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients, verifies insurance and completes forms.
• Answers calls, prioritizes inquiries, and routes to appropriate staff.
• Mails information to new patients and updates demographics.
• Schedules new and follow-up appointments and informs patients of preparations.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with clinical activities and handles confirmations.
• Obtains insurance authorizations and supports billing when needed.
