Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join its team in a fast-paced dental office. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships.

The role requires exceptional communication, a passion for customer service, and sales acumen, with bilingual Spanish proficiency to assist a diverse patient base. Travel for training and ongoing duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent, preferably in healthcare/dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix preferred.
