Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take messages electronically and process tasks correctly.
• Accurately schedule or reschedule patient appointments and special appointments.
• Initiate patient registration at time appointment is made, enter insurance information and send patient information packet and paperwork to all new patients.
• Coordinate physician schedule changes, open or block schedules as requested.
• Order, retrieve and deliver patient related information and external correspondence as necessary.
• Scan and file patient related information electronically ensuring accessibility and maintaining a current patient record.
