Venice Family Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Common Ground program in Venice, CA. The role involves front desk support, answering bilingual calls, guiding clients to services, and coordinating medical visit check-ins and check-outs.

You will provide accurate information in Spanish and English, assist with HIV, Hepatitis C, and prevention programming, and help schedule follow-ups under supervision. This is a limited, full-time position with potential conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls for the HIV, STD, and Syringe Exchange program in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate, nonjudgmental information to all clients and patients.
• Greet clients and support navigation to appropriate services.
• Provide check-in/check-out services to clients for medical visits.
• Keeps the drop-in center and front desk cleaned and organized.
• Provide administrative support to HIV, Hepatitis C, Prevention and SSP programming.
• Per the Provider, Case Manager or Supervision arrange for follow up medical appointments.
• Provide additional backup administrative support as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
